The iPod Single Wireless Speaker

It could not be simple: Beat the system invented by the Danish company Libratone consists of a single enclosure, connected via a wireless iPod, iPhone, iPad, or computer.

Just connect the transmitter provided in the kit and MP3 on the device to position the speaker near a wall at a maximum range of 10 m (for the transmitter for the iPod) or 30 m ( for the USB transmitter for the computer).

The patented technology called “FullRoom” then sends the sound waves reflected back through the room to hear the sound in stereo, regardless of where the listener is positioned.

At the heart of the speaker to respectable size (47 cm high, 19.5 cm wide, 15 cm deep and 6.5 kg, anyway) are a dedicated speaker for bass (127 mm diameter , 50 W power) combined for the mid and high frequencies, two sets of combining a 25 W speaker 76.2 mm and a “tweeter” band of 25.4 mm.

These emit back as two separate speakers. The sound, provides the manufacturer, should satisfy the audiophile customer. The unit should be launched in Europe in October at a price of 600 euros.

When taking pictures of celebrities photographers use different photographic equipment for different situations. Here is a brief guide to what would be the best to snap your favourite celebs.

Depending on the situation the photographer is facing they will choose the right camera for the right job. Most photographers will use a camera that is capable of high quality that is capable of zooming in from a distance. They tend to be across the streets of celeb homes, at shopping malls or even outside restaurants.

Many of them will use a lens hood and possibly a lens filter. Lens filters and lens hoods sometimes help with the flare on the lens. They come in different sizes and are sometimes different between makes. Getting the right lens filters for your camera helps to get the right image. You may have seen photographers camped outside places that are frequented by high profile celebs with their tripods and cameras ready to snap any celeb that they can.

They will probably have a smaller camera in a pocket for the close up images that they may have the opportunity to capture. On top of this they will have extra batteries, digital memory cards and probably a spare large camera in their camera bag.
They have to carry this equipment so that they can capture the images. Most photographers are freelance and only get paid when they sell their photos to magazines and newspapers. Will this been the case they cannot afford to run out of battery on their camera or fill up a memory card snapping our favourite celebs.

Some celebs like to be in the newspapers and magazines and enjoy having their pictures taken. They will stand being snapped in the street by photographers at staged events such as film openings, award ceremonies and so on. Other celebrities do not and try to avoid the lime light as best they can.

Some of the photographers are employed by celebs to take photos of them whilst they are away on holidays or on shopping trips. The photographers rely on tip-offs from the celeb world as to where they will be at what time so they can be prepared to take some quality sellable photos.

You have to remember some of the photos of celebs walking down the sidewalk are not ‘by accident’ the photographers will have had a tip-off.

The speed of modern technology is just about keeping up with Usain Bolt, while the rest of us struggle to even get out of the starting blocks with most of it. Smartphones are released one after the other, each one better than the last. We seem to see a new iPhone every week, and a tablet PC for every kind of modern day citizen. It’s all getting very complicated, but is all this advancement in gadgetry and entertaining widgets causing us to lose touch (already!) of what a mobile phone is actually for?

The main function of the mobile phone has always been and will always be for ease of communication, but manufacturers are turning more and more of their attention to the idea of a complete, palm-of-the-hand entertainment package, incorporating high-resolution cameras, dual-core processors and now even 3D capabilities. Why do we need a dual-core processor to make a phone call, for goodness sake?

We don’t. That’s the point. Phones are now more like superphones now, so we can watch movies and play games on them. This isn’t a bad thing, but are the communication capabilities of mobiles being sacrificed for the sake of entertainment?

Well, communication has undergone a bit of a revolution in itself in recent times. With the advent of social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter and now Google Plus, we have a whole new way to communicate. Many people use their mobiles more for social networking than they do for phone calls. Even text messaging is a relatively new form of communication.

Perhaps a lot of people would disagree that these can actually be classed as communication, but for the sake of the argument, let’s just ignore that. If communication is the transference of thoughts from one mind to another, then texting, Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus are forms of communication (no matter how drab those thoughts might be). They are used by hundreds of millions of people around the world on a daily basis and are probably the most frequented apps on the market. Texting may well be taking precedence over calling, but it is still communication in another form.

Even with all the added entertainment-focused features and apps like Spotify and Angry Birds, the main function of the mobile phone is, rather categorically, to communicate. Perhaps the tablets that are now flooding market have a greater focus on entertainment than phones do, but even they are utilising such apps to make the world a more ‘connected’ place. Such is the demand to have everything you want on one device, modern day mobiles have undeniably brilliant capabilities and will continue to be great fun to use, but they will never lose touch of keeping people in touch with one another.Similar Posts:
