I don’t usually like Moschino creations but the Spring-Summer 2010 collection was fabulous. Chic coctail dresses, classy suits, beautiful blouses, golden shoes and absolutely sumptuous accessories nearly drove me insane. But time passed and I forgot about the passion I used to have to this range.

It might be her conspicuous peroxide blonde hair or wide-framed specs that first catch your eye, but look at the jeans again. Perhaps you’re in the same boat as I am; a casual glance making them appear like skinny jeans slipped into thigh hot boots. Not so. They are in fact two-tones jeans that somewhat teeter towards the patched jeans trend.

It’s a Jet! It’s a Train! It’s M-497.


Something out of Buzz Light year’s imagination, this jet-enhanced train car was tested (successfully) in the summer of 1966. This was the time when rail-road usage declined in America, as the interstate highway system completed its major routes and airlines drew increasing numbers of travelers. New York Central research team, led by Don Wetzel, was assigned a task to collect data on possible high-speed rail service and whether the tracks could handle high-speed passenger traffic.
